Cheese Cake

How to make it?


Crush and Mix biscuit with butter and make a layer of it in a compact mold bottom that can be separated and put it in the freezer for 10- 15 minutes


Whisk cream cheese with condensed milk, cream, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth


Add the gelatin mixture to the cheese mixture and pour it over the biscuit layer. Refrigerate it in the freezer for 2 hours before serving


Top it with a thin layer of strawberry jam on the surface of Cheesecake right before serving
